Action – sign the petition against America’s WTO case
24 Aug 2005
George Bush’s WTO case against Europe is still being considered, with the first report expected October 2005.

If successful, the Americans could force Europe to import GE food and crops, or pay millions of dollars in compensation.

An international email campaign protesting the American case has been launched.

Emails go to the WTO and ask them to: 1. not deny people the right to know and choose what they eat and farm;

2. not undermine the right of the European Union and others to take appropriate steps to protect their citizens and the environment from GMO food and farming;

3. dismiss the complaints of the United States of America, Argentina and Canada.
