Earlier this year the High Court upheld GE Free NZ's complaint against other applications for GE animals by AgResearch. These applications for 'anywhere, anything, anytime' have the same flaws as the latest application (see: call for submissions).
The decision is being appealed by AgResearch, with a hearing expected early 2010.
